URGENT NOTICE TO ANYONE BOOKED FOR BECKFORD VILLAGE HALL.

Please do NOT travel the field conditions have deteriorated, all bookings due to arrive Friday onwards will be refunded.

We offer our sincere apologies and hope to see you in the field soon.

If you are booked and a refund is due , please email the treasurer Théo on [email protected]. Your booking will be cross referenced for a refund to be processed.

Lovely little village five miles north-east of Tewkesbury with its market and shops.

£10 PUPN with a deposit of £20 to secure your reservation. (Preferred by BACs, however Cash or Cheque is still accepted) 

Please pay the remaining balance 1 week before the meet (or speak with Sandra if unable to pay by BACs). 

(In the Feb 2024 AGM, the EWDA committee agreed a reduced meet fee for 2024 period to £10 PUPN. Please note the fees may increase in 2025 & the reduced fee does not include a reduction for THS / special event fee’s ie New Years Meet)
